All search assignments are led by the firm’s principals, Roger Malatesta, Founder and CEO, and his daughter and Vice President Lisa Malatesta Schuck.

    Lisa joined her father, Roger, as an Executive Recruiter in 2017 after years of learning the ropes of the family business throughout her younger years. While partnering with Roger on his existing searches, Lisa developed a niche in a space she’s always loved: beauty. She partners with growing brands seeking their next superstar and goes to the depths to find “the one” for her clients. While having a closeness to the next generation of talent, Lisa has a natural ability of connecting with candidates and enjoys being a part of their professional growth for years to come. When Lisa is not recruiting, she is being a Mom to her amazing son, Harrison, spending time with her husband Nick, traveling with her family, cooking, and dreaming up her next home improvement project.

    Roger started Professional Recruiting Consultants in 1985 and since then, he has been dedicated to developing his vast network and continuously nurturing his client and candidate relationships. Roger has always had a natural gift in connecting with people and has made countless placements in the chemical, engineering, manufacturing, and healthcare industries over the past four decades. When Roger isn’t recruiting, he’s playing golf, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with his family.
