All search assignments are conducted personally by the firm’s principals, Roger Malatesta and his daughter Lisa Malatesta Schuck.

Vice PresidentLisa joined her father, Roger, as an Executive Recruiter in 2017 after years of learning the ropes of the family business as an Intern through high school and college. While working with Roger’s existing clients in the chemical, manufacturing and engineering sectors, Lisa developed a niche in a space she’s always loved: the beauty industry. She partners with growing industry disruptive brands seeking their next superstar and goes the depths to find “the one” for her clients, all while representing their brand with the utmost integrity. While having a closeness to the next generation of talent, Lisa has a natural ability of connecting with candidates and enjoys being apart of their personal and professional growth for years to come. When Lisa is not recruiting, she is traveling with her husband Nick, cooking, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

Founder, CEORoger started Professional Recruiting Consultants in 1985 and since then he has dedicated his work to developing his vast network and continuously nurturing his client relationships. Roger has always had a natural gift at connecting with people and it has taken him down a 30+ year road working in this exciting business. Roger’s interest is to continue to build long-term business relationships where his company becomes a key resource for its clients in the area of recruiting individuals that will make a significant contribution to their growth and success. When Roger isn’t recruiting, he’s playing golf with his wife Patti, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
