Staffing: Allows you to bring in professional-level

Contracting, Inc. allows us to supply our client companies

or for a specific project. The contractor is the employee
of our contracting division, freeing you from administrative
problems, tax and workers' compensation issues, payroll,
and unemployment liabilities.
- Temp-to-Direct Hiring:
Used to evaluate a candidate's skill level, technical ability,
and personality before making a direct hire offer. It is
also used when "open requisitions" are not available
but a qualified worker is needed immediately to fill the
gap.
- 1099 Conversions:
When your "independent contractors" convert to
legal W2 employees of the contracting division.
- Payrolling: Occurs
when a company has found a candidate for a position but
does not want to add this person to the permanent payroll.
The candidate will be placed on the contracting division
payroll while he/she is evaluated for their suitability
as a permanent hire.
- Retiree Re-Staffing:
Often a company wishes to keep the experience and expertise
